Agricultural Business Initiative

The Pathway Home Foundation provides transportation, seeds, and education to low income people and families to enable access to farm fresh foods.  Transportation enables farm to table fresh foods to people who otherwise would have no access.  Education is provided on the benefits of starting a farm or garden.  Fresh foods are transported directly from farms and cooperatives, food pantries and other destinations so people can gain access to free fresh grown foods.  The Pathway Home Foundation stands in the gap to provide farming and gardening opportunities to communities, families, and offers resources to all for better nutrition.
